Ethically sourced means we work directly with farmers, paying fair prices above market rates. Our partners practice sustainable cultivation, protect natural ecosystems, and provide safe working conditions. We verify origins and often have direct relationships spanning years with these farming communities.
We recommend ordering whole beans and grinding at home for maximum freshness. However, we offer grind options for espresso, drip, French press, and Turkish coffee. Visit our brewing guide for specific recommendations for each method.
Store coffee in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Whole beans stay fresh for 2-4 weeks, while ground coffee is best consumed within 1-2 weeks. Avoid refrigerators and freezers as they can introduce moisture. A cool, dark pantry is ideal.
